Privacy policy

Smitten Pictures is an independent creative project, not a registered company. This page explains what the website collects and why.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a learning request we store the details you enter (name, email and what you tell us). When you sign up for updates we store your email address and your consent.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used only to reply to you. Newsletter emails are used only to send news about new Smitten Pictures stories. The two are kept separate: sending an enquiry does not subscribe you. We never sell or share your details.

Unsubscribing and your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email. You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
